1. Booking Confirmation
Submitting this form creates a booking request only. Your tour is confirmed after we receive the non-refundable deposit. Invoice and bank details are sent via WhatsApp — there is no online payment checkout on this website.
2. Payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable. Full remaining payment is due 7 days before the tour date (or as agreed on WhatsApp).
3. Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour date. Cancellations after deposit payment do not entitle a deposit refund. Remaining balance may be discussed case-by-case for force majeure (severe weather, ferry cancelation) only.
4. Health and Safety
Participants must be in good health. Please inform us of any medical conditions. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
5. Weather Conditions
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. Full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
6. Liability
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Participants swim at their own risk.
